To find the right people, we strive to create a positive work environment that our employees can be proud of and want to build their careers with!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIELD ENUMERATORAs a Field Enumerator, you play an important role in supporting agricultural producers by collecting accurate, reliable, and confidential data used to inform agricultural programs and decision-making.Your responsibilities include:Interviewing farmers, ranchers, and agricultural businesses by phone or in personConducting crop counts in designated fields when applicableRecording survey responses, mileage, expenses, and hours worked using an iPadMaintaining clear, complete, and timely recordsRepresenting NASDA professionally and positively in all interactionsMany surveys are completed remotely from home. Some surveys require the use of a personal vehicle and valid Driver's License to drive to local agricultural operators to conduct in-person surveys or crop counts (Mileage is reimbursed).No two days look exactly the same.
