Perform all check-in functionsaccording to hotel policies and procedures, including but not limited toearly check-ins, late check-ins, and walk-ins, and ensure properpayment. Produce, generate and distribute all required reportsincluding but not limited to room reports, bucket checks and VIPreports. Post charges to Guests' accounts and perform other cashierfunctions, including but not limited to exchanging currency. Respond toGuests' special requests including but not limited to providing extratowels, cots, and newspapers, or direct the request to the appropriatedepartment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform otherjob duties as requested.
Qualifications:
Minimum age requirement is 21. 2-3 years customer service orreception experience preferred. 2 years or more Front Desk experience ina similar first-class hotel preferred. Ability to communicateeffectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Be able to answerphones quickly, courteously and in a professional manner. Ensure thatGuests' business is kept confidential. The ability to operatecomputerized front office system. Must be able to obtain all work cardsrequired of the position within the property's jurisdiction.
