To thrive as a Part Time Red Team Cyber Security professional, you need expertise in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and a solid understanding of network and application security, typically supported by a relevant degree or certifications like OSCP or CEH. Familiarity with tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Kali Linux, as well as scripting languages like Python or Bash, is essential.
