Job Overview:

The part-time labor position at the recycling center is to assist the public with their recycled materials in a drive through environment.


Specific Tasks, Duties, & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe, efficient facility
  • Provide excellent customer service to the public
  • Operate forklift, box truck, balers and grinders
  • Assisting other areas with any needs, requests, or complaints
  • All other duties as assigned


Worker Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Able to comprehend, retain, and carry out instructions
  • Able to work with unclean materials
  • Able to multitask


Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

  • Capable of performing physical labor, some of which can be demanding
  • Able to constantly stand, walk, bend, and reach for items (may be repetitive motions)
  • Able to lift, push/pull a weight of up to 50lbs+
  • Withstand exposure variable temperatures (including extreme hot/cold)
