As the the pre-processing specialist for Main Line Services, you will be serving as the first point of contact for patients and physicians scheduling Outpatient testing and appointments at Main Line Health Hospitals and Outpatient Centers. Serves as a first point of contact for patients and physicians for Outpatient services scheduling for all Main Line Health System (MLHS) facilities.

Position: Pre-Processing Specialist, Main Line Services
Shift: 10AM-6:30PM (Mon-Thurs), 9AM-5:30PM (Fri)
Experience: 
2-3 years of patient registration, appointment scheduling, unit clerk or financial counseling experience required. Superior customer service skills required with demonstrated experience in a customer oriented environment. Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem solving skills and problem resolution skills required. Demonstrated computer knowledge with experience scheduling or registration applications, use of multiple databases, as well as working knowledge of the internet, word, excel and email. 
Education: 
High School diploma or GED.
