Job description

Resource Innovations is seeking an/a Senior Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist to join our growing team. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist with a strong background in customer service and application processing to join our dynamic team. As an/a Senior Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist you will provide application processing and customer support for multiple clients throughout the nation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control on energy efficiency projects to ensure that they are in line with client expectations
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system of applications, rebates and other supporting documents
  • Communicate effectively as part of team approach with other departments in servicing customers
  • Taking customer service calls in pursuit of first call resolution
  • Enter customer and project data into various CRMs
  • Provide customer service activities such as responding to emails and phone calls
  • Provide exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer centric environment
  • Safeguard confidential customer information
  • May provide peer training to co-workers and job shadowing support as assigned in area of responsibility
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Detail oriented, sharp memory and accuracy skills
  • Call center experience or customer service and chat experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency with Outlook and MS support programs
  • Superior organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and all levels of internal employees
  • Self-motivation and exceptional follow-through skills are a must
  • Ability to work through difficult tasks in a professional manner
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment

Compensation & Benefits

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for this position is $18 - $20 per hour. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
