  • Collaborate with leadership to create and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to the residential market.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while tracking progress through internal systems.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or residential real estate recruiting is essential.
