As a part-time Purchasing Manager, effective communication and organization are crucial for collaborating with various departments such as finance, operations, and inventory management. You'll often need to attend regular meetings (virtually or in-person) to understand departmental needs, prioritize purchase requests, and align procurement schedules with project timelines. Despite working part-time, leveraging digital tools and clear documentation helps maintain transparency and ensures that all stakeholders are informed about order statuses and potential delays.
