Job description

We're looking for a part-time Office Manager in Salt Lake City, UT to join our team in office.
Badger Maps is a route planning software for field sales teams that dramatically improves operations through route optimization, smart scheduling, and CRM integration. We're a small, international team that moves fast and takes pride in our culture, and we're looking for someone to help keep our Salt Lake City office running smoothly and feeling like a great place to work.ย 
What to expect:
  • Managing daily office tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly.ย Ordering and maintaining office supplies, coordinating with providers, maintenance, and property managers
  • Support the planning and organization of company trips and team events, including travel bookings and accommodation
  • Help improve internal communication by writing the monthly newsletter and designing flyers, posters, and other illustrations.
  • Support the HR & Recruiting team with team-building and Employer Branding events, from social media content to organizing company events, work anniversary lunches, etc.
What we're looking for:
  • Someone available to start in July, and with a minimum commitment of a year
  • Part-time:ย 10-20 hours a week
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in HR, Employer Branding, or project management is good to have [not required]
  • A people person who truly enjoys helping others
  • Someone who enjoys working autonomously and identifies with our values and company culture!
