Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support multiple projects, pursuits, and operational initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing project deliverables, preparing professional reports and presentations, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that no tasks fall through the cracks.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, communicates proactively, and takes ownership of outcomes. Experience in community outreach, marketing, communications, public sector consulting, or professional services is highly desirable.
This is a part-time position starting at 8:30 AM, and is hybrid (up to 3 days in the office based either in Culver City, Los Angeles, and within the County as well as when needed by clients.
