  • We are hiring immediately for full time PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR positions.
  • Location: FRESH & READY FG KS - 9759 Commerce Parkway, Lenexa, KS 66219 Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time schedule. Five days a week, Sundays and Thursdays off. 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Further details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Previous 3 years of pack out and leadership experience required. Cold work environment.
  • Perks: Benefits package, paid vacation and sick leave, and early pay!
  • Pay Range: $22.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour.
  • Additional Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Upkeep professional development of Packing Team.
    • Supervise maintenance equipment used for preparing and loading orders. Work directly with internal employees and meet expectations against operational capabilities.
    • Monitor daily staff availability and work shift schedules.
    • Coach and train new hires and current team members. Report team member injuries immediately.

Job Summary
Summary: Responsible for setting up and maintaining food production and quality control of food items prepared in the kitchen.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepares food items necessary for assigned area.
  • Assigns specific duties to associates under supervision for efficient operation of the kitchen.
  • Ensures proper storage and handling of products; uses portion, presentation and recipe controls.
  • Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including food and non-food working areas.
  • Reports equipment repair/maintenance to appropriate supervisor or facility department.
  • Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef; disciplines, trains and schedules associates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
