Application Note

This is a general hiring posting and is not tied to a specific client or assignment. The Next Chapter maintains an active hiring pool to match caregivers with new clients as openings arise.

Your application will be reviewed for all eligible part-time and full-time roles based on the availability and locations you provide.
Please apply only once.

Because we are a highly selective, concierge-level agency, we encourage applicants to read this posting thoroughly and submit a complete, accurate application. Attention to detail helps us match you quickly to the best possible assignments.

About The Next Chapter Senior Care Solutions

The Next Chapter is a local, family-owned, concierge-style home care agency serving the East Valley and surrounding regions. Our approach is intentionally different from traditional agencies—we provide elevated, relationship-centered care focused on quality, respect, and professional client experience.

What “concierge home care” means to us:

  • Exceptional, high-quality care delivered by highly trained professional caregivers
  • Thoughtful client-caregiver matching to ensure compatibility and continuity
  • A small, dedicated leadership team that knows every caregiver by name
  • Real-time support so caregivers never feel alone in the field
  • A culture that values professionalism, compassion, and personal growth

We believe caregivers deserve the same level of care and support that they provide to our clients. That’s why we invest in their growth, well-being, and long-term success.

What Makes Working at TNC Different (Caregiver-First Culture)

At The Next Chapter, we care for our caregivers as deeply as we care for our clients. Our concierge model includes:

  • Monthly caregiver appreciation events to build community and celebrate your work
  • Consistent, professional communication so you always feel informed and supported
  • 24/7 real-time support from our clinically experienced leadership team
  • Priority scheduling for top performers
  • Paid training and clear advancement pathways
  • A culture built on respect, trust, and professional growth

We don’t do “revolving door caregiving.”
We build long-term relationships—with both caregivers and clients.

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated Caregivers and CNAs with a heart for service and a commitment to high-quality care. Our clients range from individuals needing advanced, high-acuity support to those seeking companionship, safety oversight, and daily living assistance.
