Tri-County Technical College is seeking a part-time Adjunct Instructor to teach REL 101: Introduction to Religion and REL 201: World Religions. We are looking for passionate educators to join our Arts and Sciences division to provide high-quality instruction for our transfer-track students.
Key Responsibilities
  • Teach one or more sections of Introduction to Religion and/or World Religions.
  • Prepare and deliver course materials that meet college and departmental standards.
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment for a diverse student body.
  • Instruction will be delivered in-person at various campuses based on departmental needs.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
Candidates must possess one of the following:
  • A Master's or Doctoral degreein:
    • Religious Studies
    • History of Religion
    • Philosophy of Religion
    • Cultural Anthropology (with an emphasis in religion)
    • Sociology (with an emphasis in religion)
    • Theology
  • OR a Master's degree in a related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in any of the disciplines listed above.
