Women & Children's Residential Staff - Part Time

Our residential treatment program for pregnant women and mothers with dependent children is seeking part-time Residential Staff to work night shifts.
Put your passion for helping others toward becoming an advocate, a mentor, and a rock for mothers healing through their treatment journey.
Pay
$18.00 per hour.
Schedule
Part-time, 12am-6am Sundays Mondays & Wednesdays.

Responsibilities of a Residential Staff Team Member
  • Monitor resident compliance with program rules and requirements
  • Coordinate activities with other staff & ensure scheduled activities occur
  • Complete documentation (shift logs, incident reports)
  • Provide child care when necessary
  • Provide resident transportation in company vehicle, as needed

Qualifications of a Residential Staff Team Member
  • Ability to be a driver of a 8 and/or 16 passenger van; CDL not required, but a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of substance use and addiction preferred

Availability
Must be available to attend monthly supervision meetings the 4th Tuesday of every month from 6pm-7:30pm
