Job description

Join Chick-fil-A, Woodburn in a pivotal role as Human Resource and Administrative Coordinator. Working at Chick-fil-A Woodburn is more than just a job - it's a chance to be part of a caring and enthusiastic team that invests in its Team Members and the Community.

The Human Resource and Administrative Coordinator partners with the Executive Director in recruiting, interviews, onboarding and other administrative tasks. Aligning with the restaurant's Vision and Mission to be The Most Caring Company in Woodburn Oregon. Key duties include recruiting, onboarding, human resource compliance, and enhancing team member satisfaction and retention, all while embodying the restaurant's Core Values.

Key Responsibilities

This role responsibilities will include overseeing recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes to ensure a strong and capable team. The role also involves executing employee evaluations and reviews, leading HR administration, and assisting with payroll and other business administrative tasks.

ScheduleExpectations

  • Position is part-time with the Opportunity to work full-time assisting in restaurant operations if desired.
  • Flexible scheduling available.

The HR and Administrative Coordinator is winning in their responsibilities if they maintain the following results:

  • Restaurant is fully staffed with top performers and have multiple people on/in the "leadership bench/pipeline" (leadership succession plan in place)
  • All employee files & documents are compliant with state, federal, and local requirements
  • Onboarding and orientation process is organized and well executed.
  • New Team Members are onboarded with care and speed.
  • Employee time punches and meal benefits are accurately recorded and payroll is submitted on time.
  • Business administrative needs are met including supplier payments are made, operators calendar is organized, meetings are on calendar, and guest recovery is completed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and a high level of organization
  • Mature, dependable, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently, a self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing needs
  • Makes it a priority to protect the Team Members and the brand
  • 1+ years HR experience required
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred
  • Workstream proficiency a bonus
  • Bilingual preferred

Pay: From $18 - $25 per hour
