Job Summary
We are hiring pastry chef / pastry assistant to work in our catering kitchen. The pastry assistant shall perform tasks assigned to them by the Pastry Manager and actively contribute as an integral part of the team. Our goal is to provide the highest quality food and service while never losing the personal touch that the company was built upon.
Preferred Knowledge, Experience & Skill Set:
  • 2+ years as a pastry chef/assistant in a restaurant or related field
  • Proper time management and food preparations
  • CA Food Handler Certified
  • Detail Oriented
  • Familiar with:
    • o Breakfast breads
    • o Proofing dough
    • o French pastries

Physical
