Job description

We are seeking creative and detail-oriented Cake & Pastry Decorators to join our bakery team. We’re looking for individuals with experience in cake stacking and finishing, a strong understanding of colorways, and an eye for design—who are also eager to learn and experiment with new techniques.

Schedule & Availability
  • Hours will vary based on orders and staffing needs
  • Hiring both part-time and full-time team members
  • Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends on a rotational or as-needed basis
Responsibilities
  • Decorate cakes and pastries with clean, professional finishes
  • Stack and assemble cakes safely and accurately
  • Apply thoughtful colorways and design elements
  • Maintain and organize cake orders with strong attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Track inventory usage and stay ahead of ingredient and supply needs
  • Maintain cake storage, labeling, and overall organization
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with health department regulations
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
Physical & Safety Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move ingredient supplies and equipment as needed
