Job description

Torii is a fast paced, guest focused, noodle bar specializing in bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and an energetic dining experience. We pride ourselves on hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable moments for every guest.

Torii, located above Kanki Japanese House of Steaks and Sushi at the Crabtree Valley Mall, has been thoughtfully renovated from the former ToGo area into a bright, clean, and welcoming space. We're excited to welcome guests back this May!!

We are looking for experienced Servers who take pride in their Hospitality skills. You must also be dependable, respectful to your team, and looking to improve regularly.

You will be the face of Torii- guiding guests through the menu, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring every visit is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Daily Responsibilities:

THE KANKI EXPERIENCE
When you visit of our Raleigh-Durham restaurants, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff and seated at a large table surrounding one of our teppan grills.
Next, you’ll choose drinks, starters, sushi, hibachi and more from our extensive menu. All teppanyaki dishes will be made-to-order, and our chefs will prepare your hibachi chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon or scallops, along with rice and a selection of veggies, right in front of your eyes.
Of course, half of the fun is watching our chefs as they expertly chop, dice and cook your meal with the flip of a knife, providing mealtime entertainment your whole table is sure to enjoy!
