Responsibilities
Admissions Associates play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests.
This role typically:
  • Answers questions, provides information, and sells:
    • Tickets
    • Tours
    • Memberships
  • Process payments and ticket distribution
  • Provides exceptional customer service to guests
As needed this role:
  • Assist with events or other duties as assigned
Skills relevant to this role include:
  • Ability to learn/use web-based computer ticketing system (Tessitura)
  • Communicating effectively (verbally and written) in-person, via telephone, and email
  • Work independently and with a team
  • Handle cash and payments
  • Ability to remain calm during peak times and higher customer volume
This role must present a professional image in line with internal dress code.
Qualifications
Physical
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in environments where temperature may fluctuate
Education
  • HS diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Tessitura experience
  • Verbal fluency in additional language(s) besides English

Anticipated Salary Range
$15.45 per hour (24 hours a week)
