Breckenridge, CO $28-$32/hour (DOE) Part-Time | Monday-Thursday | Approximately 25 Hours Per Week

Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to support our growing Temporary Fence Division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, supporting a busy sales team, and working in a fast-paced construction environment.

What You'll Do
  • Support the Temporary Fence Sales team with daily project coordination
  • Coordinate and track customer projects from start to finish
  • Assist with subcontractor onboarding and agreements
  • Collect, review, and maintain insurance certificates and required documentation
  • Complete and monitor customer prequalification requirements
  • Maintain organized digital and project records
  • Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Assist with scheduling, project updates, and administrative support
  • Help ensure projects move forward efficiently and on schedule
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Construction, contractor, or project management experience is a plus
Schedule
  • Monday-Thursday
  • Approximately 25 hours per week
  • Additional hours and full-time opportunities may become available as the business grows
Compensation & Benefits
  • $28-$32/hour, depending on experience
  • Overtime eligible
