Part-Time Office Assistant (Growth Opportunity)
Reli Electric is hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant (9AM–1PM or 10AM–2PM)
We’re growing fast and need a reliable, detail-oriented person to support our operations/office manager with daily operations.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, wants a flexible part-time schedule, and is ready to grow with the position.
 
Core Duties Include:
  • Answering phones and assisting customers.
  • Processing payables and receivables (as needed).
  • Typing up work orders, job folders, and contracts.
  • Confirming appointments with clients.
  • Pulling permits and scheduling inspections.
  • Assisting with job file setup (commercial & service).
  • General office tasks and project support as assigned.
  • Backup for ordering material for upcoming projects. 
 
Ideal Candidate:
  • Organized, dependable, and a great communicator.
  • Comfortable on the phone and with basic computer tasks.
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company.
  • Experience in construction or service office a plus.
 
Schedule:
  • Part-time: Monday–Friday, 4 hours/day (9–1 or 10–2).

Compensation:
  • $15–$19/hr depending on experience.
