Operations Coordinator (North Market Bridge Park)

Summary

The Operations Coordinator supports the daily operations of the North Market Bridge Park office and marketplace. This position serves as a primary point of contact for visitors, merchants, vendors, and guests while ensuring the efficient coordination of administrative, operational, and facility-related activities. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, supporting special events, managing office operations, and assisting leadership with various projects and initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities (responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following)

  • Serve as the primary front desk representative, greeting visitors, merchants, vendors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate daily office operations, ensuring the office, merchant areas, and back-of-house spaces are organized, clean, and function efficiently
  • Perform opening and closing procedures utilizing established checklists and operational standards
  • Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies, facility supplies, janitorial products, food and beverage items, and North Market merchandise
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, document scanning, and distribution
  • Maintain conference room schedules and shared calendars for meetings, events, and programming activities
  • Assist with operational coordination between merchants, vendors, contractors, and North Market leadership
  • Support the General Manager with reporting, recordkeeping, project coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Assist with the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of special events and community programming
  • Sell North Market merchandise and gift cards while accurately processing and documenting transactions
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of minor issues related to office equipment, Wi-Fi, phone systems, and point-of-sale systems
  • Identify operational concerns and communicate recommendations or issues to management in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
