Job Description

The seasonal Ticket Operations Assistant will provide clerical, administrative, and operational support for the Ticket Operations department.

Essential Functions

  • Process tasks and ticket orders using AXS ticketing and CRM software. Work with Sales Reps and Managers to ensure adherence to proper ticketing guidelines.
  • Assist with fulfilling group requirements and requests involving ticketing system integrations.
  • Assist in the preparation of general financial and ticketing reports and analytical data as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing all will call, game day operations for home games and special events. Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external clients.
  • Assist with data hygiene maintenance within ticketing and CRM systems
  • Assist with general office duties, projects, and act backup support for other departments as needed.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability

The Ticket Operations Assistant must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skill and abilities:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Assertive, self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate workload and solve problems efficiently and quickly
  • Organized, resourceful, detailed-oriented, quick learner
  • Excellent guest and client service capabilities
  • Ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
  • Available to work various hours including evenings/nights, weekends and holidays
  • Background in Sports/Entertainment/Hospitality industry preferred
  • Interest in hockey and/or other team sports a plus

Qualification Standards

Education:

  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)

Experience:

  • 0-2 years related work experience 

Payscale: $18/hr

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

Benefits Part-Time: This position may be eligible for benefits (ACA qualification).
