Job Description
Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day office activities, ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state/federal dental regulations.
Patient Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring every visitor feels heard and valued.
Team Management: Direct staff assignments, oversee hiring/onboarding, and organize essential training sessions to keep the team sharp and compliant.
Financial Oversight: Manage patient financial accounts, insurance billing support, and office collections.
Systems Maintenance: Ensure office computer systems and digital records remain updated and secure.
Salary Range
Part-time $25 - $35 per hour
