Kelly® is looking for a Receptionist/Billing Support to work five to six hours a day at a leading provider of industrial cleaning equipment in Waukesha, WI. Snapshot:
     Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour, paid weekly
     Part time Hours: Monday–Friday, part-time (5–6 hrs/day)
     then once full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PMWhat’s a typical day as Receptionist/Billing Support? You’ll be:
  • Answering incoming phone calls professionally as the first point of contact (low call volume)
  • Handling customer billing and invoicing using QuickBooks Desktop (training provided; possible future transition to online)
  • Processing handwritten service tickets, applying payments, and assisting with light collections
  • Managing vendor bills, inventory tasks, and basic email correspondence
  • Interacting with drivers and commercial customers
  • Covering for staff vacations and absences as needed
  • Collaborating within a supportive team environment—never left on your own
