Overview of the Position:

Assist in helping the office run smoothly through effective organization and attention to detail. Help customer service manager with handling immediate needs of the business. Provide general office administrative support and coordinate projects and events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create letters, memos, presentations, spreadsheets, or other documents.
  • Responsible for filing documents and assist with special projects.
  • Assist customer service as needed: quotes, etc.
  • Other duties that may be assigned.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must have good typing ability, both speed and accuracy.
  • Must possess strong communication skills and be able to interact positively with co-workers, other departments, suppliers, and customers.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented, organized, and able to recognize priorities.
  • Highly efficient; strong multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

Education / Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience
