Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
  • Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights:

  • Location: Elmhurst, IL

  • Per Diem Level 1: 73-110 hrs./ per 6-week schedule

  • Hours: Days 7 am to 7:30 pm, rotating weekends and rotating holidays

What you will do:

  • Under supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to established procedures, performs patient care tasks and patient care procedures necessary to provide for care, comfort and safety of patient.

What you will need:

  • Associate Degree or higher in Nursing ; If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)

  • Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure

  • Current CPR through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position

  • Certificate of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within one year of start date into position

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date into position

  • 2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred
