Job description

Jovie Nannies + Sitters of Las Vegas is seeking a warm, experienced, and engaging part-time nanny to care for a delightful infant and toddler in their home. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing individual who genuinely loves working with young children and is seeking a consistent morning schedule.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 11:30 AM (20 hours per week)
About the Family: This friendly family values a gentle, hands-on, and screen-free approach to parenting. Mom will be in and out of her office, is very kind, and respects the nanny's space and time. They are looking for a long-term commitment.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing attentive and loving care for an infant and toddler.
Engaging children in age-appropriate activities and play (no screens).
Preparing bottles and simple meals/snacks for the children.
Diapering and maintaining hygiene.
Maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Keeping parents updated on the children's day.
Leading by example with patience and self-control.
Maintaining a strong sense of safety at all times.
Requirements:
2-3 years of professional experience caring for infants and toddlers, including newborns.
Previous nanny experience and excellent references.
Genuine love for children and enthusiasm about their development.
Takes initiative and is proactive in creating engaging activities.
Willing to mirror the family's gentle and hands-on parenting style.
Reliable transportation and a clean record
Willing to care for children with mild illnesses (within reason).
Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to a long-term placement.
Drug-free (drug screening will be conducted).
Vaccinated for pertussis
