Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk experience with Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of medical terminology and patient care processes. The Medical Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our facility. Must Speak Spanish and English.

Duties

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Manage patient intake processes, including collecting necessary information and verifying insurance details.
  • Schedule appointments for various departments, including dermatology, urgent care, and outpatient services.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with basic life support procedures as needed and coordinate with medical staff for patient care.
  • Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs and medical histories.
