Job description

Location: Ft. Wayne, IN

Schedule: 1-2 (Weekdays) per month

Compensation: $900 per visit

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

About The Opportunity

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Audiologist (AuD) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Ft. Wayne, IN.

This is a clinic-based role where you'll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations.

If you're looking for meaningful, mission-driven work with schedule consistency — without the overhead and administrative burden of running your own practice — this opportunity offers flexibility and professional support.

The Setting

This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.

• Clinic staff are on-site full time
• Organized scheduling and patient flow
• Coordinated, team-based care environment
• Value-based model focused on seniors

We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality hearing care.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive audiometric evaluations and hearing assessments
• Diagnose and manage hearing-related conditions within your scope of practice
• Fit and program hearing aids as appropriate
• Provide patient education on hearing health and device use
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team

What Makes This Different

This is not a high-volume retail model.

Our audiologists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent Comprehensive Mobile Care directly within each partner location.

We emphasize:

• Quality over volume
• Consistency and predictability
• Administrative and logistical support
• Long-term clinic partnerships
• Ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree
• Active Indiana dispensing audiology license
• Experience treating senior populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Schedule

• 1-2 weekdays per month (flexible on days)
• Typical hours: 8:30am-4:30pm
• No nights
• No weekends
• No billing or administrative responsibilities

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is a family-founded healthcare organization with over 25 years of experience increasing access to care for senior and underserved communities across 20+ states.
