Hawk Techs provide student support services that directly affect student success at the college by offering individualized assistance for various academic technology tools. This assistance is available to students in person and online.

Job Duties:

  • Manage computer technology in the library.
  • Provide direct student technical support while ensuring a professional and service-oriented approach.
  • Technology Research
  • Coordination of technology projects
  • Organizing/prioritizing tasks

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of technology tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects
  • Microsoft Office experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Experience providing end-user support for academic technology applications

Pay Rate:

  • $19.52 an hour
