Job description

Position: Support and Resolution Specialist
Organization: Help Desk Support & Resolution
Classification: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Manager- HelpDesk Support and Resolution
Summary: Vatic Outsourcing, a growing boutique telecommunications consulting firm, is seeking a Support and Resolution Specialist to work with our clients and internal staff. This position will be responsible for but not limited to: order processing, pricing requests, general account management and client interface to include - follow up and, when required, escalation of issues. This position will rely in part on the use of various web-based tools and databases to satisfy customer requests. We specialize in the support of medium- to large-sized enterprise business clients so you will interact with corporate professionals up to and including VP and C-level staff. This position can provide a long-term growth opportunity for the right person who is looking to get involved with and understand multiple facets of the telecom industry.
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email) with customers, peers, direct and senior management
  • Ability to diagnose, articulate, and provide solutions for client's technical issues
  • General customer service experience

Supervisory Responsibility: While there is not a formal responsibility for personnel management, this role will work closely with various members of internal peer and management organizations and will need to take various leadership roles, internally and externally.
Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment with some remote flexibility.
Position Type: This position will start as part-time working up to 29 hours with the goal to move to full-time once trained in the role for 3-6 months. Must be willing to work varying schedules including some evenings and weekends.
Training would be Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 4:00pm.
Education and Experience:
  • College Degree Preferred
