Description:

E&S Home Care Solutions is currently recruiting reliable and skilled caregivers to deliver high-quality in-home support to clients in the 77070 area and nearby communities, including Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Louetta, and Willowbrook.

We are looking for caregivers with at least one year of experience in home health or healthcare settings. Dependability, professionalism, and a strong dedication to client well-being are highly valued.

As we continuously receive new client referrals, selected applicants will remain active in our system and may be contacted frequently regarding open assignments. We are seeking caregivers who are responsive and answer calls promptly when opportunities become available. Clear and consistent communication is essential.

Schedule
We generally start caregivers with part-time hours to ensure compatibility and effective communication. As you demonstrate consistency, accountability, and dedication, you will be prioritized for additional hours and potential full-time opportunities. Caregivers who are punctual, dependable, and communicative tend to advance quickly within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with mobility and safe transfers
  • Prepare meals in accordance with the care plan
  • Offer companionship and emotional encouragement
  • Complete light housekeeping tasks
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of verifiable experience in home health or a healthcare facility
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to commute within 15–20 minutes of the 77070 area
  • Professional, responsible, and dedicated work ethic
  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness

As part of our hiring process, we conduct a criminal background screening. This is a standard requirement to protect client safety and ensure compliance with state regulations. Applicants with prior convictions are evaluated individually. A previous conviction does not automatically disqualify you from consideration. However, if a conviction is directly related to the duties of the position and exclusion is necessary for legitimate business reasons, it may impact eligibility. All decisions are documented in accordance with Texas Labor Code §21.051 and EEOC guidelines. Our priority is to maintain client safety while ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process. Background checks are conducted only after written consent is obtained from the applicant.

If you are a dependable and dedicated caregiver seeking flexible PRN or part-time opportunities, we invite you to apply.

We look forward to connecting with qualified professionals.
