Job description

At Glazer's Beer & Beverage, we are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Delivery Check-in Clerk to support our delivery and warehouse operations by ensuring accurate driver settlements, processing returns, maintaining records, and providing administrative support.
In this role, you will work closely with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams to reconcile invoices and payments, manage route and customer information, process returns, and help ensure daily delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do
• Accept, verify, inspect, and record invoices and payments according to company policy
• Collect and verify Direct Store Delivery (DSD) sheets and provide them to the appropriate departments
• Update and maintain driver check-in documents and upload route information
• Code product returns, organize returned product, and support the warehouse front dock
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse area
• Address shipment concerns and notify a supervisor of shipping or receiving issues
• Set up and deactivate customer accounts as needed
• Enter customer orders and data, and assist with customer issues
• Perform general clerical duties, including typing, filing, completing forms, answering phones, routing calls, and taking messages
• Operate standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, scanners, phones, and voicemail systems
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
