Job Summary:

Premier Festival Solutions is looking for dedicated and energetic Directional Staff to assist with traffic control, parking operations, ticket scanning, campground management, and customer service at major festivals and events. As a key part of the event operations team, you will help ensure smooth entry and exit processes, direct vehicles and patrons, and provide essential guidance to attendees. If you enjoy working in a dynamic outdoor environment and have strong communication skills, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct cars, RVs, and other vehicles to designated parking areas.

  • Assist with traffic flow to prevent congestion and ensure safety.

  • Operate tollbooths, process payments, and issue parking passes.

  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to event attendees.

  • Work closely with security and event staff to address any issues.

  • Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns.

  • Monitor parking areas and report any safety or operational concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in outdoor conditions.

  • Comfortable directing vehicles and managing high-traffic situations.

  • Previous event, parking, or customer service experience is a plus.

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
