Job description

Houston based firm looking to add Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to their expanding firm. Attorneys will focus on employment counseling and have the opportunity to work part-time secondments with clients. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies, identifying and assessing legal risks and opportunities within the labor and employment area and advising accordingly. Handle administrative matters before the EEOC, NLRB, USCIS, OSHA, DOL, and other federal and state agencies, as well as conduct trainings and internal audits of employment practices. This is a great opportunity to join a firm with flexible hours and the ability to work remotely. Attorney must have 8+ years of labor & employment experience, stellar academic credentials, excellent oral advocacy skills, writing skills, and must be highly organized and time efficient.
