Job description

FCCU is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities department located in the Copperfield area of Houston.
Responsibilities would include preserving the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises.
Maintains and inspects all lease space, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings, and grounds. Performs preventative maintenance, makes minor repairs, and supervises and directs outside service personnel and vendors as needed.
Operates and maintains building equipment and utilities systems to ensure proper functioning at all times for heating, cooling, power, water, plumbing, etc. Assists outside service representatives in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing building equipment.
Performs quality checks of scheduled cleaning work.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
  • High School graduate OR GED equivalent OR equivalent work experience

Experience
  • Three to five years previous maintenance or construction experience

Preferred Certifications
  • Valid driver's license
