Summary:
• Part-Time
• You will be the face of the company greeting and directing clients and vendors alike to the appropriate area of our company
• Assist with exclusive events in The Billie Arthur Design Studio i.e. supplies, vendor coordination and communication
• Using your customer service skill-set and professional appearance greet everyone who enters the building with a positive attitude and demeanor that represents the values of Furniture Mart USA
• All other duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Upon job offer, must be able to pass a background check prior to starting employment
• Experience as an Administrative Assistant a plus
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and customer service skills both verbally and written
• Previous experience in an administrative/office environment preferred
• Must have a polished and professional appearance
• Attention to detail
