POSITION SUMMARY


The IT & Facilities Support Coordinator is our go-to problem-solver for all things tech and building-related; from

a glitchy laptop to a leaky faucet to a storage closet in need of taming. This part-time role is perfect for a college

student who likes variety, learns fast, and enjoys figuring things out. No experience necessary — just curiosity

and a willingness to jump in.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track and organize IT hardware inventory (laptops, monitors, cables, etc.)

• Provide basic tech troubleshooting and support for staff

• Assist with light building maintenance and repairs

• Help coordinate and execute property improvement projects

• Jump in wherever needed across IT and facilities — no two days look the same


ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Comfortable with computers and general tech — no IT degree required, but great experience if you're

working toward one

• Handy, resourceful, and not afraid of a little manual work

• Reliable, organized, and a strong communicator

• Available 15–20 flexible hours per week around a school schedule

• No prior experience necessary — we'll teach you the rest
