Here, you'll have the chance to work with an agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients' most pressing missions. We're looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.
As an IT requirements analyst, you'll develop leading-edge applications and systems. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, and testers, you'll identify clients' mission needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll be a key team member who helps fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to mission users.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and management
  • Experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them for technical teams
  • Experience using task management software such as Jira
  • Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience in software development, DevOps, AI/ML, or IT
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Human Resources (HR) IT systems
  • Experience with HR business processes
  • Experience creating Jira dashboards, roadmaps, and dependency maps
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
