We are seeking a highly professional and technically skilled Remote IT Support Contractor to provide exceptional virtual technical assistance across our ecosystem. This role splits focus between supporting internal operations, including corporate office IT infrastructure and executive leadership—and delivering direct technical troubleshooting for our external clients. The ideal candidate will blend strong remote troubleshooting skills with executive-level communication, patience, and discretion.


Key Responsibilities


Executive Support: Deliver VIP, high-touch remote technical support to C-suite executives and senior leadership, ensuring zero business disruption.

Office IT Operations: Provide virtual administration and support for core office software, cloud systems, and shared corporate infrastructure.
