Part-Time ABA Administrative Assistant
Location: Winter Garden, FL
Position Type: Part-Time (In-Person)
We are a growing ABA therapy clinic in Winter Garden dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality, child-first services to children on the spectrum and their families. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our clinic.
Responsibilities
  • Open and close the clinic each day
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet families and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Submit and track insurance authorizations for ABA services
  • Order and maintain clinic and office supplies
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Support BCBAs, RBTs, and leadership with administrative tasks
  • Ensure the clinic remains organized and running efficiently
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or medical office experience preferred
  • ABA, behavioral health, or pediatric healthcare experience is a plus
  • Experience working with insurance verification and authorizations is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with EHR programs (e.g. Central Reach) and Google Workspace
