(Truck based at 5535 Shad Rd, Jacksonville, FL)

Jimco Maintenance, Inc. is a leading provider of maintenance and repair services across the Southeast. We are seeking a full-time sidewalk pressure cleaning associate to service supermarket facilities at night throughout North and South Carolina, Georgia and Northern Florida.

This is a hands-on, field-based role that combines mechanical service work with responsibility for a dedicated service truck and assigned territory. The position operates as a two-person crew and requires strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently in outdoor retail environments.

Requirements

  • Pressure cleaning the front of buildings, including windows, pillars, doors and sidewalks at shopping center locations
  • All work is done at NIGHT in the store parking lot (approximately 8:00pm - until job is completed)
  • Able to communicate with store management and employees as well as crew members
  • Experience with pressure washing and using a Surface Cleaner is a plus
  • Comfortable working outdoors at night in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experience towing a trailer behind a pickup truck
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and route-planning skills
  • Effective communicator; able to work independently while coordinating with the corporate office
  • Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and DOT requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (5-year MVR review)
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of operating as a two-person crew
  • Willing and able to travel throughout North and South Carolina, Georgia and Northern Florida
  • Must reside within 25 miles of Jacksonville, FL (truck parking location)
  • Smartphone required for data and voice communication
  • Must pass DOT physical, drug screening, background check, and federal Social Security verification
  • Accurately record all time worked, including production, vehicle maintenance, administrative tasks, and reactive work orders
