  • No Lead Generation/Pre-qualified buyers who are pre-screened to attend appointment-only presentations.
  • Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV
  • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.
  • Carry out all other reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing

What will you be doing?
  • Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs.
  • Present the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to our potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness through various forms of communication (i.e: email, telephone, and written correspondence)
  • Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV.
  • Promote an encouraging, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.
  • Attend one of HGV's sales training sessions every week.
  • Perform all other reasonable requests by management.

  • Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
