Our sales professionals focus on relationship building as they provide our guests the opportunity to purchase world class destinations. This position allows you to meet with our guests face to face, invest time in rapport building, tour our magnificent resort & amenities, and ask them to become a part of our family by purchasing today with Hilton Grand Vacations
  • No Lead Generation/Pre-qualified buyers who are pre-screened to attend appointment-only presentations.
  • Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV
  • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.
  • Carry out all other reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing

What will you be doing?
  • Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs.
  • Present the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to our potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness through various forms of communication (i.e: email, telephone, and written correspondence)
  • Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV.
  • Promote an encouraging, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.
  • Attend one of HGV's sales training sessions every week.
  • Perform all other reasonable requests by management.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
  • Valid Real Estate License in good standing with the state of Florida Preferred
  • Previous sales or marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or vacation ownership industries
  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
