Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide both business and personal support. This role involves managing work-related responsibilities (scheduling, emails, travel coordination) while also assisting with lifestyle management (home organization, errands, house management).

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and a strong communicator, capable of handling confidential matters with discretion while ensuring smooth daily operations.


Responsibilities:

Business Support:

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and email communications
  • Oversee travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
  • Assist with special projects and research tasks

Personal & Lifestyle Support:

  • Schedule and manage personal appointments & reservations
  • Run errands (shopping, organization, household coordination)
  • Arrange travel logistics for personal trips
  • Assist with home organization, grocery pickup, lifestyle organization
  • You may be required to travel with the CEO from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools)
  • Discreet and trustworthy with handling confidential information
