Job Overview

1electric LLC is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our Tampa office. This part-time, in-person role supports accounting, project management, and general office functions. We are looking for a professional, organized individual eager to growwith potential for this position to become full-time in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
  • Enter invoices and vendor bills into QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop; scan and upload into Bluefolder.
  • Assist project managers with project close-out documentation and purchase order verifications.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls from general contractors, owners, tenants, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff.
  • Reconcile monthly credit card statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain permits, state electrical licenses, and compliance records.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and onboarding new hires.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project), Adobe Acrobat, and web-based tools.
  • Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be a non-smoker.

Schedule

  • 25 hours per week
  • Monday Friday, 10:00 AM 3:00 PM
  • Additional hours may be available as the role expands into full-time.
