Join Our Team at Pine Ridge Post Acute!

Pine Ridge Post Acute is looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Business Office Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy organization, problem-solving, working with people, and making a meaningful impact in healthcare, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll help support the daily operations of the business office while working closely with residents, families, vendors, and our leadership team to ensure accurate billing, financial processes, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with day-to-day business office operations
  • Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and collections processes
  • Help maintain resident financial records, insurance information, and trust accounts
  • Assist with admissions paperwork and payer verification
  • Participate in month-end processes and reporting
  • Communicate professionally with residents and families regarding billing and financial obligations
  • Provide receptionist and front office support as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team on center initiatives and problem-solving
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of business office or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with accounts receivable or accounting systems preferred
  • Skilled nursing or healthcare billing experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
