Job description

We are an established private dental group seeking a Part-Time HR Coordinator to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with HR systems—especially ADP.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee onboarding/offboarding and HR compliance
  • Maintain staff schedules, timecards, and payroll through ADP
  • Support recruitment, benefits coordination, and employee records
  • Assist management with HR reporting and communications
  • Assist accounting department reviewing Payroll before processing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of HR or administrative experience (dental field preferred)
  • Proficiency in ADP RUN.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with California labor laws
