The City of Laguna Beach is seeking an experienced and innovative Human Resources professional to join our Human Resources & Risk Management Department as a Human Resources Analyst or Senior Human Resources Analyst, depending on qualifications and experience.
This position offers a unique opportunity to support a broad range of human resources functions, including recruitment and selection, benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, classification and compensation, employee and labor relations, organizational development, and other strategic HR initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to departments throughout the organization, helping attract, develop, and retain a talented workforce while delivering exceptional public service.
