We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of our Human Resources team. This role works closely with the Senior Human Resources Manager and requires a highly collaborative, team-oriented individual who enjoys working in partnership with others. About the HR Team: We are a collaborative HR team committed to supporting managers and employees across three states with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, employee relations, annual performance reviews, and other key people processes. We work closely together to provide thoughtful, professional, and responsive support. Hourly Range: MIN $24/hr MID $26.5/hr MAX $29/hr
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating headshots and bios, initiating background checks, and assisting with scheduling across the administrative team
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including launching, tracking, and peer feedback
  • Assist with annual compliance training tracking and organization
  • Update employee records, including data entry and document organization
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
